Abundant Feast
Academic Co-Op
Abundant Feast Co-op is structured around the Charlotte Mason philosophy of education. Our co-op provides a living education through enriching subjects, featuring the parts of the Mason feast best done in community and often overlooked in the hustle of normal life.
Each week will offer a feast of ideas and embody Charlotte Mason’s principles for scheduling and transition. We will follow a timetable, offering “short and varied lessons with full attention.” The classes offered will depend on the parent-teacher availability and desire.
We believe that every mother is entirely capable of teaching any subject. However, coming together as a community means that each mother can teach what is a truly living idea in her! Parents volunteer to share the responsibilities of teaching, organizing, and nursery care.
We meet each summer in June for a Curriculum Design Night where we plan the schedule, class offerings, and teacher assignments. We meet in early August for a Curriculum Review Night where lead teachers share their plans, materials, and needs.

Parent and Student Led Clubs
Meeting every other week after co-op. Clubs will often change each term. We've offered Yearbook, Embroidery Club, Snack Club, Chess Club, Book Clubs, and Finer Things Club.
Some clubs are led by interested parents and some are led and directed by the students. Clubs are intentionally small and are a small additional charge for supplies.
